With over 20 years of experience across public health, education, disability and private practice, Elise provides clinical supervision, mentoring and consultancy that is practical, collaborative and grounded in real-world Occupational Therapy.

Once of sessions are available as a starting point to determine clinical and personality fit for ongoing supervision/mentoring.
Every supervision session is tailored to your goals and designed to build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning and support ethical, evidence-informed practice. Supervision is person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming and reflective, providing a supportive space to develop your skills while maintaining your wellbeing as a clinician.
Supervises will be provided with a written summary of their session and a record will be kept by Elise to meet AHPRA's CPD requirements.

$200 + GST per hour

Elise Easdown is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience across health, education, disability and private practice. She has held leadership roles including Allied Health Team Leader and Clinical Lead, supervised clinicians at all stages of their careers, and continues to lecture Occupational Therapy students at Southern Cross University.
Elise is passionate about supporting paediatric occupational therapists to develop confidence, clinical reasoning and sustainable careers through reflective, practical and evidence-informed supervision.
Preschool, Daycare & School Professional Development
Practical training for educators and support teams
Easy Peasy Therapy provides professional development and training for preschools, long day care, early learning centres, and schools.
Training is designed to be practical, neuro‑affirming, and immediately usable in busy education environments. We focus on building understanding, confidence, and shared language so staff feel better equipped to support all learners – not just those with diagnoses.
Training may include:

Supporting neurodivergent children (including autism and ADHD)
